Terms and Conditions

"Event Organizer" means the organization with which You enter into this agreement.
"You" means You as the holder of this Ticket. "Your" shall be read accordingly.
"Event" means the Event as stated on Your Ticket.
"Ticket" means any ticket You use to gain access to the Event.
“Site” means the website that You use to register for Tickets and/or access the Event.

All applicants for Tickets acknowledge and agree that Tickets, as well as access to the Event, shall be granted in the Event Organizer’s sole discretion. Tickets are nontransferable and not for resale. Applicants must be aged 18 years and older. This Ticket grants access for the named ticketholder as stated. This Ticket is only valid for the date and times stated. For accessibility requests, contact the admissions team in advance at mh@kmhinesfoundation.org. The Event Organizer makes no warranty with respect to the appearance of specified talent or celebrity guests at or in connection with the Event, and will not be liable if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Event is postponed or canceled or if the program is changed. The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse access and to remove anyone from the Event for any reason. The Event Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost, or injury that arises from, or in connection with, Your attendance at this Event or your use of the Site.

You are not permitted to capture, record, or transmit (by digital or any other means) any audio, visual, or audiovisual material or any information or data from the Event. You agree that the Event, the Site, and the services provided by the Event Organizer (including but not limited to content, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, and the scripts and software used to implement these services), contain proprietary information and material that is owned by the Event Organizer and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except to access and participate in the Event for personal, noncommercial uses in compliance with this agreement.

Important Reminder: In the event that You are receiving or have received a free gift from the Event Organizer, You acknowledge that You may be required under the FTC’s Endorsement Guides to clearly and conspicuously disclose that You received a free gift if you choose to post about: your gift, a series or film distributed by the Event Organizer, the Event, or the Event Organizer on social media. The Site may include a chat or question & answer feature that allows You to submit content such as comments or questions. Your use of such feature must comply with the Submissions Guidelines below, which may be updated from time to time. By submitting comments or questions using this feature, You hereby grant the Event Organizer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use the content you submit, including Your username, in and in connection with the Event and marketing/promotional materials for the Event, as well as for the Event Organizer’s internal purposes, in any and all media. The Event Organizer may monitor and decide to remove or edit any submitted material.

Submissions Guidelines: You may not:
- post any materials that you do not have permission, right or license to use;
- post objectionable, offensive, unlawful, deceptive or harmful content;
- post personal, private or confidential information belonging to others;
- request personal information from a minor;
- impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with another person, or entity;
- post or transmit spam, including but not limited to unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or informational announcements;
- plan or engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or manipulative activity.
